For a 3-bedroom family home with garden and security in East Legon or Cantonments, expect $1,200–2,500/month. Unfurnished units on longer leases can be $300–500/month for a 1-bedroom. Remember that utility costs ($80–150/month) and generator fuel during dumsor periods add to the total.
